Current Families

The Early Care Program runs from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No sleeping arrangements or snacks will be offered. Children must be dropped off no later than 8:05 AM Monday - Friday. The cost for Early Care is $6.00 per day.

The Extended Day Program runs from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Monday - Friday.  No sleeping arrangements are offered.  They must bring their own sack lunch. The cost for Extended Day is $12.00 per day.
 

1. This program is offered on a first-come/first-served basis. Parents must message us on Brightwheel the day prior to them attending Early Care & Extended Day.
2. This service can be used on a regular basis or only as needed. Fees can be included with tuition and paid monthly or separately. Fees can be paid through Brightwheel or by cash or check in your child’s bag. Fees are non-refundable.
3. If there are changes in plans, and your child will not be staying, the office must be notified.
4. The parents must provide lunches.  No glass or breakable items are allowed.  Lunches must be clearly labeled with the child’s name and given to their classroom teacher upon arrival.
5. A $10 late fee will be assessed if the child is not picked up by 2:10p.m. You will be charged $1.00 for each minute after 2:10 p.m.

Parents are informed of the activities of the preschool through newsletters and information posted on our Face Book page as well as Brightwheel. Parents are asked to check Brightwheel for information on a regular basis.

It is very important to keep all of your child’s records up to date.  Please notify the office of any changes, such as telephone numbers or addresses or any other information needed.

Parent conferences are welcomed at any time the parent or teacher feels it necessary.  Arrival and dismissal times are hectic for the teacher and it is difficult to discuss any concerns at that time.  The teacher will be happy to schedule a time when both you and the teacher can sit and have a quiet discussion of your concerns.
